Homemade Supplement Secrets – Make Your Own Supplements

3 min read

I’m going to come flat out and say it. I hate store bought supplements. They suck. They are overpriced placebos and half the time they do more harm than good. So yeah, I hate them.

I only actually buy my supplements from one place online, but that’s for another article another time. What I want to talk about now is about making your own supplements at home. Now if you’re like me, when you first hear that you think “that sounds like a lot of work…why would I want to do that?”. If you’re not like me, then you may think “sounds great! tell me how!”.

Whatever you think, it really isn’t that difficult to make your own supplements at home. You don’t have to go put them into little capsules or anything like that, and you don’t need any special tools or anything to make them.

You only need 3 things to make your own homemade supplements:

1. The willingness to put in a little time to make cheaper, more effective supplements than the ones you buy at the store.
2. The knowledge of where to get top notch ingredients at ridiculously low prices.
3. The recipes to make killer supplements.

Once you have those three things, you will be able to stop wasting money on store bought supplements and make some killer effective supplements on your own.

I’m going to give you the first component & then I’m going to send you over to my friend who’ll give you the other two.

Why would you want to make your own supplements at home?

It’s pretty simple. Supplement companies don’t make supplements to give you results, they make supplements to make money. That is their goal. So what they do is they are constantly trying to come up with some new advanced formula with some special herb that grows in underground caverns deep in the Amazon rain forest that give you magical powers to burn fat & grow muscle at unheard of rates.

Ok, so they’re not that crazy, but that’s basically what they do. They come up with new formulas that really do nothing. They throw in some weed from the garden and call it a secret formula. And they stuff they do put in the supplements that actually helps, they only put a little bit and then fill up the rest of the formula with cheap ingredients so it costs them less to make supplements.

By making your own supplements you can cut out all the garbage that is unnecessary & add some more of the stuff that actually works, making more effective supplements.

Another major reason I personally love making supplements over buying them is the fact that it is a ton cheaper. Seriously. you can save anywhere from $25-$105 PER BOTTLE of supplements. Yeah, per bottle.

If you use just two types of supplements and a bottle is a one month supply, that’s saving $50-200/month, more if you take more than two or the bottles don’t last for a month. See why I like the idea of making my own?
